What is Tarvo? Tarvo is an all-in-one online marketplace dedicated to providing quality groceries, home essentials, and the latest tech gadgets. We curate products from global suppliers to bring you variety and value in one place.
How can I contact you? You can reach our customer support team at support@tarvomart.com We typically respond within 24 hours.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Because we source products globally to offer the best prices, shipping usually takes 7–15 business days. Please note that during high-demand seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.
Do you ship worldwide? Currently, we ship to UAE. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries soon!
Why did I only receive part of my order? Since we work with different specialized suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. Don’t worry—the rest of your items are on the way!
3. Tracking & Orders
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page or via major carrier websites.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? We can only change the address if the order has not been processed yet. Please email us immediately if you notice a mistake. Once the item has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please refer to our [Return Policy] page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged? If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and email it to us at support@tarvomart.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
